I’m back after a long hiatus! And FINALLY! My dear friend, Tze Lin, upgraded to Mrs. Szeto today!
It’s always been a great pleasure to be able to capture my best friend’s pre-wedding. And thank you for trusting my rusty photography skill after my long break. But on a side note, I’m glad to be able to take this opportunity as to enjoy the ‘short break’ from being a ‘mom’ to go out and shoot again. I need this badly. Thank you my dear friend 😉
I met Tze Lin during my uni time and she’s my coursemate. After we graduated, we often keep in touch and I’m really glad we did, we meet up quite often throughout the years even though she’s staying in Kuantan while I’m at KL. And we could always talk from the moment we met until the time we bid goodbye. Oh well, I can conclude that she’s one of the most talkative friend that I ever had.
Stories aside, she’s really beautiful in white 🙂 I’m glad that we proceed with our shooting plan despite the super hazy weather.
Tze Lin, many happy blessing to you and Szeto (GG). Stay lovely as now, till forever!

Jinboon, her real name is Sock Boon and why do we add in”Jin” whenever we call her? That’s not very hard to guess, she’s very “jin” in person. But even if that so, she’s one of my closest friend where together we share a lot of thoughts, ups and downs in life and growing older together.
Being able to capture a best friend’s couple portrait indeed something I enjoy to do very much. It’s so casual and relax and it’s a blessing to be part of their journey in some way that it will makes me feel really great to be able to contribute something that they will remember in their life. I do hope they will like these few casual images I took for them. 🙂
So playing with each other chin is your thing eh? Haha!
They are more like best buddy than a very sweet loving couple. But to be able to marry your best friend, is one of the most romantic thing to do. 🙂
My blessing to you both, my best friend. Happy marriage! 🙂
And me trying to camouflage together with this beautiful wall.

Well, it’s another back-log post. 😛 In about one month time, they are celebrating their 1st year wedding anniversary together with their baby boy, Ji Hang. 🙂
So here’s another couple portrait session with the “beh tahan” couple at Ipoh, Mee Mee’s hometown. We had our first session at Kellie’s Castle, and afterwards we went to Ipoh for some food! We discover this place thru online where I saw a friend of mine blog about this awesome cafe with very cool interior, so therefore we all decided to give it a try.
The food was superb awesome! We ended up having 3 different burgers and decided to come back the next morning for the couple portraits. 🙂
We all having fun! 🙂 I love this place and I will definitely come back for coffee and burgers session next time when I go to Ipoh! A group shot with the couple and Chris my shooting partner of that day before we leave. 🙂
First and foremost, I would like to congratulate the lovely beh tahan couple for tying the knot two weeks ago (finally!!!) Mee Mee (Agnes) is my best friend from university, where she’s actually my room-mates on our year 1 in uni. Then, we have go thru a lot of ups and downs in school, in work and in life but I’m glad that we are still really really close by now. Witnessing her journey getting together with Deric did warm my heart a little. Seeing them being together really sweet and happy, I’m so glad for them. Anyways, cheers to the most “beh-tahan” couple I’ve ever met, wish you both happiness and “white head till old”. 🙂
This set taken in April13′ at Kellie’s Castle. It is a very hot-soak-in-sun-day, but luckily it wasn’t too occupied that day. We are free to roam around and take pictures without the crowd. It’s been my 6th or 7th visit to the castle and indeed it is a great place for some shoot. 🙂
Taking picture for someone I know makes me feels extra grateful, coz they are trusting me (and my cameras) to be able to deliver something that is memorable in their life. So…Deric and Meemee, I hope you really like the pictures-lah! 🙂
Pictures taken by Canon 5D MarkIII.
I’ve few more sets of the couple, taken at Ipoh and Kota Kubu Bharu, so stay tune this space! 😀
Kenneth and Rachel gonna tie the knot this coming weekend! Sweet. 🙂 It was a prompt photo shooting where I decide to tag along during one lovely Saturday. As what I remember, it was one gloomy Saturday but the couple make it a “hot” one by posing together with the sexy Triumph in fire red! Damn cool I tell you! The series was taken by LC-A and Lubitel 166B. Enjoy and congrats to the newly wed! 😉
